I used Villa surveyors for a property I was considering buying in Portugal. I was extremely pleased with the survey carried out. The report was thorough, clear and highlighted significant defects. It gave me the confidence to withdraw from the purchase and potentially saved me a great deal of money. I found tbe service professional, detailed and well worth the investment. I would highly recommend them.

Great service provided by Villa Surveyors through Cláudio Santos. A very detailed work and clear feedback both on a videocall and in the final report. We are very happy to recommend his services to anyone.

I strongly recommend this team. I got very professional help, people there are so friendly and care about you and your case since the beginning. You can be sure that everything will go well with their support. I will come back for sure, when I need professional help in the future. And Claudio is my hero! Thank you one more time for solving my case. All the best for the whole team.

Claudio Santos did a full technical Building inspection of my property. He was extremely professional and supportive. He gave me a robust report in English and Portuguese. It gives me the technical basis to move forward with remodeling my roof and any legal action required. His service gave me clarity and potential ways forward. He started with a service specification . He inspected my property and went to the camara with me to review the project files. He set up zoom meetings with me and shared electronic folders. His professionalism made everything clear and seamless. Claudio Santos delivered to agreed deadlines. Thank you!

Claudio Santos was amazing to work with. He has extensive knowledge in home inspections far beyond what we expected and was extremely thorough. Claudio also truly cared about our home and what needs to be done. He was thoughtful, caring and true to his word. A great person all around. I would recommend Claudio to anyone needing a full home inspection!

My experience was very good, and I found Claudio to be extremely proactive throughout the process. He provided a great level of detail about the house, which was exceptionally helpful and valuable to us. I also really appreciated how open and transparent he was. He kept us informed about his movements, arrival times, and any potential delays, which gave us confidence and clarity at every stage. Overall, the depth of detail and professionalism Claudio demonstrated made a real difference, and we are very grateful for his work. We will definitely be happy to use your services again in the future when needed.
