The project is highly valuable in terms of affordable housing for all replacing slams in this part of the world, and many more. Governments, and/donor funding organizations, UNHABITAT, and others should further give their support, and act quickly to ensure delivery of decent affordable housing for the human race in this century. I highly recommend this company and specifically Jacinto Torrego for his attention to the project and execution of a surgical block in Turkana, Kenya, where they were able to solve all the details that the complexity of the project required and collaborate closely with the architecture department to provide us with modular solutions that we thought were impossible. Industrialized architecture saves costs in materials and assembly. Without House-Matic's help, the project would not have been possible. In addition, the company took care of receiving the material for its subsequent assembly with the means at their disposal, being very resolutive both in assembly and finishing. The quality of the finishes gave us a lot of flexibility according to the different needs of the spaces. Another aspect to highlight is the advice on thermal insulation for the roof and envelope, which makes the building a functional and sustainable space when it comes to maintaining the air conditioning specific to the operating rooms. We will continue working with House-Matic for the expansion of the hospital complex.
