Love this place with quite the decent collection of books. I believe they can bring in the Bayeux Tapestry if they so desired.
What a gem for lovers of the English written word! Great collection of English books in different genres, but what stood out most was the lovely owner of the store that helped me find the book I was looking for. Great little conversation and I felt super welcome. Would defintely recommend this place!
Heaven if you’re into books! You walk in and fall in love. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The store is huge and full of books in english. If they don’t have the book you’re looking for they can order it for you. They have a book club and writer’s club. Amazing place
Loved this place! David has an amazing selection of books and chooses the ones based on what is trending and popular but also has some solid classics for sale! He also hosts authors events and has a list of them, see photo for upcoming events! He was also kind enough to invite me to their writers club that meets every Tuesday night, it was so great to chat with such an intelligent, funny and incredibly talented group of expats and local Spanish writers and published authors! I was so blessed to meet such great people while travelling on my own and not knowing many people, David and his writers group were so warm and welcoming! If you’d like to join every week or come to the events please talk to David! Amazing bookshop!
Finding this bookstore was such a lovely surprise. It has the largest English book selection I have seen in Madrid by far. I found literally all the books I was looking for and more. The gentleman in the store was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend checking this place out!
After missing our flight and needing to kill some time we found this English bookstore! The attendant was super friendly, the book selection was top tier! With special edition books I haven’t seen before of popular books! And a cute used book section in the back! Definitely a fantastic find for English book readers in Spain!
